Photo Happenings

A bunch of cool photo happenings this week which affect me. Finally Canon have released the much talked about firmare upgrades for the Canon EOS 20D which incorporates the ability to use the Canon Wireless equipment, which interests me greatly.

I found myself taking more agricultural photo’s this week, there’s been a lot of ploughing of deep furrows in the fields over the last couple of weeks and it looks like the rapeseed is out in bloom which creates some great contrasts on the surrounding environment, truly inspiring.

I was hoping to get out and about last weekend and get some macro under my belt, sadly other commitments prevented this, but it’s still at the top of my to do list. We’ll see how the next week goes, but now it’s official, I’m regularly taking up to thirty minutes longer to get into work, due to all the additional photo opportunities I’m taking advantage of on the commute, so I guess there are advantages to a 90 minute commute.
